QUALITY CONTROL
At Darya Hoodeh, we ensure the highest quality standards by permanently monitoring the organoleptic, microbiological and physico-chemical properties of the shrimp.

RECEPTION
We have associated suppliers, qualified and verified by the National Fisheries Institute of Iran and the Under-Secretary, complying with our procedures under the preventive system of food safety HACCP.

WASHING
A thorough washing of the shrimp is carried out, in order to ensure its quality by removing foreign residues to the process. The selection is made manually by qualified personnel.

CLASSIFICATION
The shrimp are classified by size according to the client´s needs, we have machinery and high technology equipment. This process is performed by trained and qualified personnel.

PEELING
The shrimp is peeled and / or manually deveined, we offer a variety of presentations according to the client's requirements, such as: head-on, shell on, head-less, shell on and value - added.

PACKING
The product is packed according to technical specifications requested by the client. Weight, quality and counting are key factors in this process.

FREEZING
At Darya Hoodeh, We have different processes of freezing such as : Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) - Brine Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) - Block Frozen.

STORAGE
At Darya Hoodeh, the frozen and sealed product is stored at a suitable temperature, always fulfilling with the highest quality standards.

SHIPMENT
The product is shipped in the container under strict control rules, these are constantly monitored. This process is supervised and controlled by highly trained personnel, ensuring the quality of the product until its final destination.
